Friendly. Delicious. We stopped by without a reservation on a Thursday evening and were kindly seated at the bar. The waiter was very kind and made great recommendations after explaining the menu. We had the steak and frites and it was amazing! The wine recommendation was perfect with the steak. Highly recommend and hope to return some day.

Great french food with a Danish attitude. Pls try the pepper steak if it's on the menu.

One of my favorite places in town. A little gem of authentic, high quality French food with the coziness of home cooking. Any place that serves artichokes, snails, octopus and quail has my loyalty forever... Silberbauers really is a comfort food place for me 🫶

Amazing food and wonderful service. Only negative was the small space which was super cozy but at times too cramped.

A wonderful, cozy little spot for French food. Highlights include the dover sole, which was cooked to perfection, but could have potentially used a little less butter (controversial, I know). Also delicious was the escargot and pesto pasta. The swordfish carpaccio could have had more flavor, but overall a good experience.

Unconditionally one of the best restaurants I have visited including Michelin restaurants. Super cosy, professional service, really delicious food and a kitchen that masters French cuisine, at a very high and authentic level. We will definitely come back to Silberbauar's Bistro.

A top notch French bistro with a touch Danois in the heart of Copenhagen! We loved our dinner with oysters, pissaladiere, mussels with nduja, oeufs mayo, fritto misto, Danske escargots and monkfish. A word of warning: this restaurant is under the evil spell of that quintessential Copenhagen fad: The Natural Wine! The (say) Loire wine you order is actually a Vin de France at ph 0. But the waiter took our conservative and reactionary wine stance with good cheer and guided us to a satisfactory solution. Well done!
