I truly love this place. It just ticks all the boxes. Been twice so far and can’t wait to go back when I travel to the city. Perfect French cooking techniques paired with supreme quality products and a wine list that is both fun and reasonably priced.

Loved this restaurant! The food was spot on, everything we tried was delicious and made with clearly high-quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive, thanks to our wonderful waitress who was welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate about the place. A truly great find!

We have tried plenty of Michelin-recommended fine dining restaurants in Copenhagen and this was the best by far despite being the cheapest as well. I had the best oysters and mussels of my life. Hardly recommended.

Friendly. Delicious. We stopped by without a reservation on a Thursday evening and were kindly seated at the bar. The waiter was very kind and made great recommendations after explaining the menu. We had the steak and frites and it was amazing! The wine recommendation was perfect with the steak. Highly recommend and hope to return some day.

One of my favorite places in town. A little gem of authentic, high quality French food with the coziness of home cooking. Any place that serves artichokes, snails, octopus and quail has my loyalty forever... Silberbauers really is a comfort food place for me 🫶

28/10/2024: Perfect place to enjoy an excellent Danish beer. Like all Danish taphouses there is no table service, you go to the counter, choose your pint, pay and return to the table to enjoy it.

10/05/2025: I love that food lovers have a lot of greens and good salad on the menu. Very relaxed and informal ☺️
22/04/2025: Here, the food is not just take away, it is poured over counters. You get the experience of getting home-cooked food home, and it tastes really good. You can sign up for a scheme with reusable bins instead of disposable bins. Then you get a bucket home, which you can return to the store next time. Nice people behind the counter, and then they sold some original home-sewn tote bags for DKK. 10, there were no 2 alike. "If you buy one, the chef will be happy," said the man behind the counter. "The chef is my wife and she makes them". I love the fabric net, and of course I bought a net to carry the food home in.
