We were there during the week and they said that they were mostly a conference hotel. The restaurant only had fish for the main course and Kärsten doesn't eat fish, so she could have made some chicken but then there was a wait.

10/08/2026: The food is great, but we were told to go outside in full sun with 30° because the indoor tables were all reserved. Indoor area remained completely empty during our lunch, so it was a bit weird.
07/08/2026: A restaurant with gourmet cuisine and very attentive service. Allergies are taken into consideration. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Vejle Fjord!
