This was the first time we ate traditional smorrebrod and it definitely didn‘t dissappoint! Herring was just enough and the plaice was big. A good filling meal for lunch. Good service. Atmosphere is very cozy, maybe a bit too narrow, but it was fine. Be ready to give a tip (we got a bit annoyed because we HAD to choose the tip amount)!

Very authentic place. Smaller menu, the food absolutely top notch. Live music and old revues.. Service was great. Back to the good old days

So nice to find a genuine eatery serving down home Danish cooking. Small menu - and not all things available - what's on for today. The lady serving was friendly, informative and wonderful to chat to. I had the National dish, roast pork with baby potatoes & tiny cubes of beetroot. All much to my taste. Washed down with a Tuborg beer. Dessert was just one choice (!), apples & cream. Unpretentious, wholesome food. Oh, and a nice Irish Coffee to finish. The ambiance was again, a touch of the familiar, almost an ancient bar, decorated with old pictures, tiny china plates and a maze of miniature mirror balls. I'd love to come back.

Stumbled upon it at the bend of a street, very nice restaurant/bar. Typical Danish cuisine, we left nothing on the plate, very good. I recommend.
