It was a very nice area. Will definitely go for an offer. The price of 1800 kr is too much. If you can find an offer for 1200 kr it is okay. A little on the expensive side for what you get. Whether it is an estate is up for debate. It has been a farm from the time it was built until one day in 2006 when it changed its name.

Romantic location, decent rooms and friendly reception. Main improvement areas (in my view) are: 1) Restaurant staff size could be bigger (we were forgotten by our waiters several times); 2) Breakfast buffet could have more options; 3) the 4pm guided tour had a lot of interesting stories but the presentation was a bit too fast for us to comprehend all the content

Thank you for 2 wonderful nights and days at Skrøbelev Gods 😊 The weather was not with us, but what does that matter when you meet Holger and all your sweet staff. We have had the most wonderful days in a nice and clean room. We have been given a tour of the estate with sweet and funny anecdotes about the owners and about Skrøbelev Gods, which is so wonderfully peaceful and so beautifully kept. We had a stay with a 3-course menu in the most beautiful surroundings in the Knight's Hall. We ordered different dishes on the two evenings and ALL dishes tasted wonderful. Flavorful, delicate and very delicious. We chose a wine menu that was absolutely perfect for the dishes we had chosen. It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into food and drink at Skrøbelev Gods. It is also clear that the customer is in focus here. A truly wonderful experience and we would really like to come back 😊

April 2025: Still a lovely, quiet and romantic place. The prices are still on the high end. For example 3 scoops of ice cream 175 kr. and 25cl Coca-Cola 42 kr. January 2020: Super cosy and romantic place. Very friendly staff. Lovely food. Had bought the stay through a "deal" website incl. 2 course menu. Was therefore independent of the price of food. After reading other reviews about the place I would recommend buying an overnight stay incl. food, so you don't get a big extra bill. Very cosy lighting in the room, however impossible to read in / put on makeup. The breakfast buffet is nice but with limited selection. We could well come back again. 😀

I'll jump straight to the point, it just has to be experienced, so that's why ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but if that's not enough, it also gets ❤️❤️❤️❤️ TRY IT!

We were greeted with big smiles at the reception, the place is so beautiful and well-kept, and there is just peace. In addition, we got some of the best food we have ever tasted, and with herbs from their own garden, which we were so nicely invited in to see. The service during the meal was absolutely fantastic. Very positively surprised by this nice place. The only downside was the phone conversation when the stay was to be booked. You had a bit of a feeling that a room upgrade was being pushed down on your head. Not a particularly pleasant conversation - which made us a bit skeptical before we arrived! And then you have to read the fine print if you buy a gift card through SAF (seasonal supplement per night). However, the stay was far beyond that. I am very much looking forward to coming back in August ☺️

Beautiful, dated room. The surroundings were well-maintained. The food (the fish) was very good. There's still room for improvement at breakfast. For example, only filter coffee was served, even though the coffee machine was available but not turned on.

Beautiful buildings, delicious lunch served in a very large hall. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive in any way, skillful. As I suggested 14 days ago, one could successfully replace one of the small dishes on the board with a small piece of cheese.

Vi (2 par) tilbragte to dage på Skrøbelev Gods og vi nød hvert sekund. Da vi bookede, blev vi tilbudt at opgradere til “Forvalterboligen” og det var virkelig alletiders. Herligt indrettet hus med tre gode soveværelser, to badeværelser, stor stue, køkken og ikke mindst den dejligste have med ildsted, karpe dam og et utal af sangfugle i havens store træer. På rundvisningen på godset og fik mange fine informationer og små historier med på vejen. Skønt, at kunne stå op og smutte over den lille hvide bro og ind til et dejligt morgenbord! Vi valgte at spise den ret, der fulgte med i vores opholds pris og begge dage fik vi velsmagende og velanrettet mad. Vi kan også anbefale Christiansøllen fra Thurø bryghus, både med og uden alkohol. Skrøbelev ligger fint placeret nær Rudkøbing og der er meget at se på både i syd og nord. Der er ingen tvivl om: VI KOMMER IGEN! ❤️
