BEST cinnamon buns ever and I don’t even like cinnamon buns. Make sure to get them when they are right out of the oven. It’s worth the wait.

How can we not try Danish bakeries in Denmark? Checked the reviews online and decided to come here. We weren't disappointed. There were just a few items too sweet for us, but the chocolate croissant was good. The Cardamom bun and Raspberry danish are worth to try. They are located close to the university, and it was an interesting walk. It's just amazing how old the streets and some of the buildings are.

Pastries lived up to expectations. Coffee very average. Limited searing so don’t expect to get anywhere to sit. Would return again for cinnamon bun!

Copenhagen's oldest bakery is on all the must-try lists for the city and the hype is spot on. We went mid-morning in March and we're lucky to stop in between busy times. We tried a traditional pastry with poppy seeds, not the tebirkes but similar, and got a custard pastry the staff said is also traditionally Danish. Both were the best two pastries we had our whole trip and I really wish we'd gone back for more. The crust on each was the perfect balance of soft and chewy and crispy and flaky. The flavors were just heavenly. My partner also got a latte which was put together nicely. Service was great and a seat was available when we were there so we sat for a moment to enjoy some of the best pastries we've ever had. The shop was warm and cozy on a cold morning. Must try when in Copenhagen.

Amazing pastries (ALL OF THEM but especially the Cinnamon and Cardamom buns) and good coffee. Friendly service makes the experience even better
