It was incredibly good. I was lucky enough to get a cinnamon roll and a cardamom roll, both piping hot from the oven: fabulous! The best I've ever eaten.

Excellent pastries with a very soft brioche dough and fresh ingredients. Some pastries are quite filling 😌!

Studied on Copenhagen over a decade ago. The snail Wednesday’s have become much more popular since then. I waited in line about 20 minutes but they were as good as I remembered. The frosting covered are fluffier, the sugar covered are darker and a touch more dense (probably just how they finish baking the sugar topped ones). Both delicious!

You will have the best cinnamon roll of your life here! It was truly unmatched. However, it's a shame that we arrived at just 3 PM and almost everything was already sold out. But it is definitely worth it to go earlier

Holy cow- the cardamom bun was delicious but the cinnamon roll was EXCEPTIONAL. Wow- literally the best I have ever had. Cappuccino was a nice touch as well.

The pistachio pastries are bomb. The saffron bun is pretty good too. Overall just really really tasty food. You can't go wrong.

This is the spot for authentic Danish pastries. The fact that they had a queue early in the morning indicates it's popularity. They have limited space but I was lucky to get a seat. I would recommend to try Wienerbrod, a rectangular shaped pastry with custard filling, and Nutella Cromuffin. Amazing service and the best pastries I've ever had.

02/12/2025: The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to a glass of prosecco for my partner's birthday. The dinner was sensational. We ordered two first courses and two second courses, and the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the Italian chef were evident. The location is truly stunning, but I recommend going at sunset to enjoy the magical view. The price reflects the quality of the products and the ambiance. Thank you for the magical experience.
01/12/2025: Even though the new architecture of Carlsberg Byen can feel a bit cold and impersonal, our evening at Tramonto Rooftop was excellent. Great Italian dishes, charming staff, and an international vibe throughout. Mamma Mia — I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.

09/07/2026: Spectacular meal. Service was impeccable!! Will miss this rest and staff.
26/04/2026: Super good experience, however it was a shame that it was not a proper non-alcoholic alternative for one of the guests in our party, you should do something about that. In addition, our first bottle of white wine was not chilled, and one wonders why we were not offered something else - at least until the wine had been chilled. You should take these two points into consideration for an otherwise impeccable experience.
