Was invited to eat here for lunch. Know the inn from previous visits. It is a pleasure to visit this restaurant. A great experience to go through their 8 course menu. The many quirky flavor combinations. Their performance of the food. The good service from the present and attentive staff. I would really like to describe the food in detail, but that would end up in a long dissertation. That's it. Exciting, beautiful and tasty.

It is always a formidable exquisite pleasure to eat and experience the food and service at Søllerød Inn.

We had an exquisite experience, marked by first-class service and gastronomy at the highest level. Although our company of vegetarians and pescetarians, as well as specific requests for the wine menu and the cleaning of the glasses, may not constitute the most uncomplicated guests, all our requests were met with an open mind and a sincere effort to meet our needs. The food fully met our expectations, and one could describe in detail the sublimity that characterized each individual dish – which is of course expected in this price range. However, there is one dish that deserves special mention: the cod. With its discreet but elegant presentation, it stood out as the best cod dish I have had the pleasure of tasting to date. Perfectly fried and glazed in a refined pepper cloud, it was the epitome of simple perfection. "Simple perfection" seems to be an apt description of the entire menu. Not simple in the sense of banal or uncomplicated, for the complexity was evident, especially in the well-coordinated interaction between food and wine. On the contrary, the servings appeared elegant and easily accessible, full of depth and nuance, but presented with exquisite style. Finally, our head waiter, Philip, deserves special recognition for having elevated the evening to an exceptional level. His ability to make us feel warmly welcome and listened to was remarkable. In addition, his presentations of both food and wine were captivatingly narrated, supported by an impressive knowledge of the ingredients and in particular the wine list. Philip's commitment contributed greatly to making our evening truly special.

The best place to eat. We are always so satisfied and happy when we leave there. Søllerød Kro is relaxed and yet on top of things. Nothing is left to chance.

Nuestras expectativas estaban en un nivel muy alto cuando entramos en el restaurante. Pero por suerte el restaurante pasó todas nuestras expectativas y subió aún más. La ubicación está un poco lejos de Copenhague, pero vale la pena el viaje. Si tienes tiempo, da un paseo por las casas antiguas y el cementerio antes de entrar en el restaurante. El ambiente en la casa antigua es acogedor y hay un montón de habitaciones separadas para que su fiesta pueda estar en su propio asistido por un personal muy educado y profesional. No sé qué decirte sobre la comida que no es ya elogiado en las otras críticas. Tienes que verlo y probarlo. Sabores innovadores y 9 platos bellamente bañados con vides a juego. Y el pan recién horneado: blanco y negro con una crujiente perfecta servido con dos tipos diferentes de mantequilla. Podría viajar allí de nuevo solo por el pan. Sin duda una de las mejores cenas de la historia.
