23/09/2024: A gem of a restaurant. No menu, just a menu (in the off-season) but it had it all: a procession of incredible flavor explosions through individual dips of sauce and fresh herbs. Great.
21/09/2024: There were 7 of us on a Thursday evening, there was only a set menu, with wine to choose from. The waiter was definitely not a trained waiter, spoke bad Danish, which i.a. prevented him from presenting food and wine, the food starts with 5 small snacks, very tasty but small. Main menu consisted of 4-5 other servings, not much bigger, could be eaten in 2 small mouthfuls. The main course, if you can talk about such a thing, consisted of a slightly too red duck with the consistency of an eraser with three small beetroots and nothing else. Several left because of the consistency and taste.
Wine was a little different and since we got no presentation of any kind it was a flat feeling.
Boring bland decor and you didn't feel very welcome.
We paid around DKK 11,000 for around 300 grams of food per person. Man, this is not a place I would recommend, it may be that most of the food tasted good, but some did not and you were in no way full, and that applied to all guests, maybe you had a bad day, but you can't have that at that price.
PS One of the guests was sick the following night, maybe a little too bloody?
