Cozy but expensive. The dishes were small, so we weren't actually full. Good coffee. Good bread. Service ok - prices are high

Exceptionally. The food tastes fantastic - every detail and raw material has clearly been thought of. Their baked goods are worth the trip. Cozy location right by the beach - large terrace when the weather permits.

Lovely place with welcoming and service minded staff who welcomed us to brunch. Good acoustics, which meant that even though it was almost full, you could easily talk to each other. Delicious coffee, omelette and pancake 👌thank you, we'll be back 👋

November 2024: Came for lunch (have bought bread and takeaway many times). We shared a toast and had a salad each. It was just super super delicious and enough for a light lunch after yoga. Changed my rating upwards. The lovely young people who serve vary in quality, but that's how it is. Still hope something is done about the acoustics inside. Summer 2023: Have both bought bread in the Take Away (delicious bread) window and were in the cafe today from 10-11 (Saturday). My friend came at 10 and after several requests for the coffee (which was ordered when she arrived and no one was in the cafe) it came after 45 min - 45 min! There were probably 7-8 at work as far as I could see and since there are only about 10-12 tables (2-4 pers) it shouldn't happen. We both got yoghurt for DKK 85 which was really delicious and worth the price! But for me it is no use that the food is delicious if it takes an inordinately long time. I respect that you are newly opened and the female owner has just given birth - so I give you more chances. Meen you have to get a handle on serving time - you are a cafe - it has to go relatively quickly. And then you have to do something about the acoustics - there were two of us and we couldn't hear each other. You don't want to sit and shout at a nice brunch, lunch or coffee. I'm cheering you on🫶 if the standard of food continues. But this summer there may be twice as many, so I hope you can manage it 🩷

A pearl north of Copenhagen ✨ Highlights: - potentially the best sourdough in CPH (I’ve tried a lot) - the cardamom and almond snail is the best piece of ‘pastry’ I’ve ever had - sweet personnel - lovely terrace and interior - really good menu with high quality ingredients (Highly objective) Wishlist :-) - decaf coffee option - a less acidic coffee bean (current roast is really on the acidic side) - the old BMO cheese (or one that’s less soft and more flacky+salty) - the front bushes trimmed so the water view can be enjoyed more - the recipe for the cardamom and almond snail :-)

I recommend Soly for the quality of these dishes, the relaxing setting and these special breads.
