Nice pastries. A bit poor service.

A little cozy pearl on the coast of northern Zealand with excellent breakfast options and wonderful coffee before 11.30 am. There are almost no food options between 11.30 am and 12 pm other than their delicious sourdough bread with homemade butter. Lunch can only be ordered after 12 pm. The lunch portions are very small, and even the “big” options on the menu are bite sized and not filling by themselves imo and not worth the prices (we even inquired about this before ordering because we were hungry and arrived at exactly 11.30 am but had to wait 30 min to order food). The lunch options are not as good as the breakfast ones. The service is slow and hospitality is almost non-existent - I’d say abysmal even for Danish standards but the breakfast options and coffee are so good and tasty that I keep coming back. You can’t always have it all :)

Lovely pancakes, good service, awful coffee! When we pointed out to the server that it tasted sour, they said 'It's the beans. I don't like it here either. Some people like it, some don't.' So my question to Søly is why not just use beans everyone likes :)

Tasteful and delicious place and you can get a really good omelette 👌

The food was okay, but I think it was too expensive for the small portions you got.

Lovely food and fantastic service by a young woman. Would definitely come back, for the food, but especially for the service. Can definitely be recommended!
