Søly Rudersdal

One of my fav places for brunch. Their bread is very delicious and Danish approved :) you’d also get very nice view by the sea. I have tried all of their menu and loved everything. It’s a pity that they have removed the laks smørrebrød though.

Always great to come to Søly's. Cute girls and really delicious food! Their pancakes are Spot On!

Incredible Coffee and Lemon Poppyseed Loaf.

Fantastic experience – totally worth the drive! The quality of the food is top notch, and everything tastes super delicious and fresh. It's fabulous value for money, where you really feel like you're getting quality for every penny. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and there's even a nice little bakery attached, which is perfect if you want to take something delicious home. On top of that, there's a really good service. The staff are attentive, smiling and make you feel welcome right away. A huge recommendation from here – we'll definitely be back!

Good but aaa lot of people and no so many pastries

The restaurant is small but lovely. The location is just perfect. They bake their own bread which is delicious. The team is very helpful and friendly.

Nice bright place and view of the water, good space between the tables. (There is also outdoor dining) Excellent food, I could have liked the omelette more golden and with some kind of filling, vegetarian or meat. A place worth visiting again

Great great great breakfast and good coffee. Service was a bit slow, but to be fair it was a sunny day and everybody wanted coffee and food. So they did absolutely great and cared for everybody :) kind people don’t make me mind waiting for my coffee ☕️

Hugs to Søly! I've been waiting for a super delicious and Copenhagen-level café here in town - so it's really a gift to have such fantastic pastries and a café. I especially love their avocado toast and their bread - especially the buns with sesame. I could dream that the bread also came with sesame because you can't get enough. Super service in the café - but I can miss a little more enthusiasm in the hatch sometimes. But thank you for coming and even having made the bakery on Vedbæk Stationsvej too - huge level change! 👏🏼

Cosy atmosphere, the nicest staff and good food. The avocado toast was very good, and so was the coffee. By the time we got there (1.30pm-ish) they had run out of a lot of the sweet options so we settled for a chocolate croissant. It was very flaky but could have more chocolate for a better balance and ended up feeling a bit dry. I would love to go back and try more things from the menu :)
