30/03/2025: Very nice experience - glad I discovered this place existed, as it's not so obvious to find. Started with a cocktail in the bar overlooking the city before enjoying the 5 course menu with wine pairing. Delicious food and friendly service. Would recommend and will return.

The culinary experience is nothing short of exceptional, with a meticulously curated menu that highlights both innovation and precision in execution. Service is equally outstanding; the staff exude warmth and professionalism, going above and beyond to create a truly personalized experience. Our waiter, Angus, stood out not only for his impeccable knowledge of wine pairings but also for his genuine hospitality and attention to detail, elevating our evening to something truly memorable. With its refined ambiance, exemplary service, and an approach to cuisine that seamlessly balances technique and creativity, this establishment is more than deserving of its Michelin Guide recognition. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see it earn a Michelin star in the near future.
