Way too varying quality of rolls. Soft, hard, burnt, small and large. Can't you hit the same quality every time?

07/09/2024: The sun was shining and it was the weekend so everything was busy outside, but we got an excellent table inside. Nice background music and a smiling service despite being very busy.. you could tell that the staff had a surplus.. the food was also good so it was a nice lunch
