Fresh delicious, really good sushi, definitely a level above normal ad libitum sushi

The restaurant is really nicely decorated, especially with the beautiful armor in the basement. The staff is super nice and they are very attentive to everything being perfect. The food is really good and there is a lot of attention to detail on various sushi pieces. We chose a menu where you can order several times as the evening progresses, however there is a two hour limit.

Amazing range of good quality sushi. Heavy price but worthy the cost. If looking for good Japanese, this is the best option in town, as far as I know. Outdoor serving in the wonderful bar filled street of Vestergade. Central. Kind, easy and swift serving.

The traditional Japanese dinner was hosted by our dear Italian friend Bruno, also an expert restaurateur with thirty years of experience here in Aarhus and owner of the Italian restaurant Amoroma. It was a true culinary experience: traditional dishes of the highest quality, served with meticulous care. Although there are no gluten-free options, the manager, Son, took great care to ensure that my wife, who is celiac, could enjoy their specialties in complete tranquility. The staff were professional and courteous, and the themed furnishings and lighting were welcoming and striking. Excellent.

Besøgte første gang stedet en lørdag og bestilte straks deres frokost menu i form af et fad med skaldyr samt et glas Chardonnay hvidvin. God service og hurtig/venlig betjening i en hyggelig og afslappet atmosfære. Lokalet var halvt fyldt med god udsigt til Vestergades fortovsmiljø. Ser frem til et nyt besøg.

Maden er fin. Ingen tvivl om det. Med det er skuffende, ja, misvisende at denne restaurant ligger på top 10 af glutenfri restauranter i Århus. Jeg havde booked bord, skrevet i kommentaren at én af os, har cøliaki og skal spise glutenfrit, hvorpå vi ved ankomsten får at vide, at vi burde have ringet en ekstra gang dagen før, for at kunne få ris uden spor af gluten. "fordi mange der vil spise glutenfrit egentlig godt kan spise gluten". Og "at vi kunne have læst dette på hjemmesiden". Det står ingen steder på hjemmeside. Kom ind i kampen. Det er ikke for sjov at nogle af os skal leve glutenfrit.
