SOZE Kaffebar & Risteri Faaborg-Midtfyn

30/09/2024: We stayed at the Kro 2 nights. The first night they created a lovely light dinner for us...we had come from a typical Danish lunch and did not want to eat a lot. The next night we had their 4 course meal with wine parring, the food and parring were superb. The staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive, both in the restaurant and in the hotel. In their book they say: "Our goal is to maintain and further develop the level of quality that has become synonymous with Falsled Kro while at the same time avoiding a sense of affected pretension". They have met their goal!

03/09/2024: Falsled Kro er bare toppen af dansk madkunst. Alle serveringer spiller, betjeningen er sød og imødekommende. Her har nan bare lyst til at komme igen og igen.
