Top quality South Indian foods, taste was amazing if you like South Indian spice level. They were quick in serving also with almost no wait time. It’s a food truck and not a full fledged restaurant near Denmark technical university. Ample free parking near the technical university. Price I would say it’s very low when you compare other Indian restaurants. Only disadvantage they don’t have a closed seating.

Spice Boat at DTU is a hidden gem, Tried their food on my last day and was floored by the authentic taste. Seriously better than many high end restaurants I’ve been to in lyngby. Wish I'd known about it earlier, but now I know where to eat when I'm back.

07/07/2025: Nice place to enjoy a good meal in Lyngby. Super easy with parking in the basement, which is paid when you eat in the restaurant 👍 In Lyngby we got bread with olive oil to start. Then came delicious crispy pieces of squid with a good creamy tartar sauce and from the menu of the month a delicious fresh ceviche... For the main course there was juicy and flavorful young rooster breast and the fish of the month! Three good sides where the melon salad was especially good 👏 Finally cold dish with strawberries and a delicious creme brulé.. All really flavorful and delicious! The nice young people were busy and maybe not always completely attentive, but that shouldn't drag down the character 🙂
02/07/2025: Nice place with good food and service. Food was very nice, a bit salty, but I guess it is my preference. I like the interior: simplistic but still stylish. It took a bit of the time to wait to get attention from waiters and get seated. However after this they were really nice, fast and responsive. I enjoyed it. Recommend to go for dinner

13/07/2025: we usually come there and it is a nice place, very nice friendly young people, for serving, Saturday 12/7 there was a heavy rain shower and we went under cover through the kitchen door! where the staff goes in with used service,! and you can use the toilet, suddenly the older kitchen help came and locked the exit door! so the guests from the toilet could not get out!!!🤪 we had to tell people where they could get out now??? and the staff was locked out, we also wonder why the toilets are so super dirty, the seat is falling off, and they are so disgusting almost black around the edge, you have to have cleaning napkins with you before you sit down, and try to push the seat back into place😜 the toilets outside are always ok😊 can the toilets maybe be cleaned and appear hygienic, and the kitchen man stop locking the guests out/in? it took some of the joy out of coming to this wonderful place, please Suzana
