The family's annual trip to Strynø always includes lunch at Det Gamle Mejeri. And we always have to have omelettes! The interior could do with a bit of a makeover. And it's a real shame that they've closed their microbrewery. Remember to book a table. It's often sold out in the summer

Cute and cozy restaurant with limited outdoor and indoor seating. Booking ahead is required according to their website. The menu was very limited, with æggekaga (omelette), fried fish and burger. The food was pretty average. Unfortunately the microbrewery is no longer in action which wasn't updated on the website.

Here, you have to eat the scrambled eggs straight from the pan. They're super delicious, and you won't be able to finish the whole portion.
