Spröt is a cozy family-run, unpretentious sandwich and juice bar located in the heart of Svaneke. We have been coming there for a few years and their sandwiches are good and freshly made. Good selection also for vegetarians and their juices are super good. The service is polite and welcoming, even on a busy summer day.

Cozy place with live music 🎵 the food was okay, we got a mediocre sandwich that wasn't that great tasting or anything special about it, but it was okay, a bit expensive at 90kr for one like that.

The Falcon Hotel

18/06/2026: Thanks to Morten, who let us have lunch when the kitchen was closed and was generally a very sweet and service-oriented guy, we had a great experience. The ambiance, the view, the food, everything was top notch! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area :)
04/06/2026: Location and rooms are great. Staff were the highlight. So helpful and accommodating; in particular, I'd like to call out everyone working in the restaurant...What you folks do is amazing!... Especially with a packed house and a lean crew... Super impressive. Big thanks for the opportunity to sample the local schnapps -- what a treat!
