We got a steak sandwich and fries as takeaway, both were really good. The fries in particular were really good. It was also nice that the gravy and the roasted onions were packaged separately. The food was ready when I arrived 👌

Nice meat without cartilage and tendons ❤️ Nice crispy fries without salt but with good spices that's a big plus. And you don't get the taste of frying oil ☺️ However, I will choose the large steak in both next time. 😇 Remember to order online, I forgot so I'll remember that next time 😂

Even after you fall down the slope with a tray of fries that a customer had almost forgotten on the way 🙏 It was take away from my side, but the food was ABSOLUTELY excellent even after returning home! What a top-class burger! I don't remember the last time I had such a good and delicious burger! The fries and dip were also top-class! 🤩 It won't be the last time!

Today it will be the burger restaurant Søren E - True Taste in Viby J that will have tested their Steak sandwich with sauce. Arrived at the booked table exactly 16.30 and the food was also ordered upfront. The food was served at the table exactly 16.40 and first thought that it looked delicious and appetizing and that there was plenty. The bun was supposed to be a homemade bun with sesame, it is very soft and a little hard to taste as it absorbs all the delicious sauce. The steak is from cattle in Himmerland and weighs 150 grams. The meat tastes fantastic and is seasoned perfectly. It is really flavorful, I might wish that the steak had been fried harder so that it had a thicker crust. Of the pickles we find home-pickled red onions which are very sour but taste great, we also find home-pickled beets which are cut into fine cubes and have a nice bite. In addition, we find raw red onion and homemade roasted onion with some spices that taste good. There is what they call a French yellow mustard that gives strength to the taste and tastes great. There was also a homemade steak sandwich dressing that is probably almost a remoulade substitute, maybe it didn't come into character that much with all the sourness. As a counterbalance to the sourness, there were a lot of cranberries in it and it was well thought out and tasted good. The brown sauce was 250 ml of it, we won't go down on the sauce and it tasted really good, it was nicely seasoned, but it could have been a little warmer. We paid DKK 110 for this bandit and it was worth all the money, it is value for money. Is it among the top of all the steak sandwiches I have eaten in the whole of Denmark, yes it actually does in relation to the price. Are we in the Super League? No, but the top of the 1st division can also be reached when you are up for promotion. We missed some water lilies and a regular homemade remoulade. But here's a clear recommendation: 4.5 out of 5 stars.
