STED1 Frederikshavn

I betragtning af hvor få gæster der var den aften gik der for lang tid før personalet tog imod min bestilling. Maden, dagens fisk fra aktionshuset så lækker ud men var desværre fuldstændig overdøvet af alt for meget salt! Tæt på uspiselig. Jeg er sikker på at det ellers havde været en udemærket ret. Men udsigten over havnen er jo virkelig spektakulær!

Have been to 2 x Christmas lunches the last 2 Saturdays. It is simply a fantastic experience. Everything plays to perfection. Delicious food, good wine, fantastic drinks and really nice staff. You are just doing well.

The restaurant is placed on top of Hotel Jutlandica, with a fantastic view of the harbour of Frederikshavn. They serve great food, the staff is very nice and atmosphere are in top. We had a 12-course menu with winemenu too. All you can drink in 2 1/2 hours...this menu highly recommended. Go here if you want some of the best diningvin Frederikshavn. Prices are low compared to what you get....

Alright restaurant. Seems a bit big compared to the number of people, but think we where there of season. I ordered the steak medium and it was more well done, so I would def. go for Medium Rare another time. It is beef from the Sashi, which is nothing special in my opinion. Simple grass fed cow from Finland, which has not much marbling or flavor. But wine, dinner in general and atmosphere where good. I will be back with other business guests for sure.
