Actually a lovely place with outdoor seating, nice waiters and on paper good food. Unfortunately, mayonnaise and garnish are used in their various dishes, which drowns out the taste of fish, rice, soy and wasabi. As if they doubt the quality of the pure ingredients. If there is a next time I will stick to the classic sushi.

Very nice and welcoming staff, delicious food and cozy ambiance. Perfect for a thursday or weekend night out. The cocktails are especially great, so it’s a lovely place to get hammered.

Went there again for my favorit drink, Aka Haru, and something light to go with it. Had some Kinoko Korokke (mushrooms in mashed potatoes) and Bimi Tempura (battered depfried Broccoli), and it was all delicious, as always!

I went there for lunch with my wife on a Sunday, and it was as good as expected, ie. very good!
We hadn't booked, but they had reasonable tables available, and the service was very helpful.
We had a Mixed Emotions with addition of a set of Wagyu nigiri.
I got a glass of white wine and my wife selected a cup of macha.
The Wagyu nigiri was well made, with a crispy top that was new to me, but an interesting touch.
The rest of the menu was well made with fresh ingredients, but I was intrigued by the Kani Cream Korokke, which was very creamy and very tasty!
I will definitely go there again, to explore more of their menu.
Went by them today, 2.March 2025, to taste their Special Cocktail, Aka Haru (Japanese for Red Spring), which I had seen advertised and includes using Macallan 12 year whisky.
I can definitely recommend it!
It has a beautiful balance of fresh and sweet, with the whisky giving it a slight edge. I could savour it and enjoyed it together with some selected snacks, as it is difficult to not try something from their menu.
I chose Bimi Tempura and Ramu Niku, and it was delicious!
Went again, 11-04-2026, this time in the evening, and it was delicious as always, and also the service was great. Some of my curious questions couldn't be answered immediately, but they were investigated and then fully answered. That is top notch service!
This time we had some sashimi first, and then some stick skewers of various kinds, where the Wagyu Yaki was a gem. Japanese meat flown in from Japan and then served in Valby seems ridiculous , but it was a very good experience!
As always, I chose to have an Aka Haru drink, which is my favorite in this place. Sweet, but not too sweet, and with an edge because of the Macallan 12 years whisky in it.
At my recent visit, I had Wagyu beef sticks. It was great!
Hearing that it is in fact meat imported from Japan, makes it kind of surreal 😄

Everything is top quality, everything from the food to the service. If there is a mistake, it is promptly corrected without complaint or mistrust. Have been coming here for over 15 years and can highly recommend the restaurant for both take away, delivery and eating in the restaurant.
