Ström can, in my opinion, best be described as effortlessly cool. Sergiu and his crew do an excellent job of making every guest feel genuinely welcome. If you've ever watched the iconic sitcom Cheers, you'll recognize a similar warmth and sense of belonging when you walk through the door—reminiscent of the way Norm is greeted whenever he enters Sam Malone's bar. The cocktails are excellent, and it's immediately clear that Sergiu, in particular, is deeply passionate about his craft. The team is also happy to go off-menu and put their own spin on classic cocktails such as the Brandy Alexander, Aunt Roberta, and Old Cuban, which is something I greatly appreciate as a customer. Their signature menu is great in its own right, but a bartender's willingness—and ability—to prepare off-menu classics is often a mark of genuine skill. The interior has a distinctive charm, blending the atmosphere of a Prohibition-era speakeasy with that of a traditional old-school pub. If you appreciate authentic character without the pretentious bells and whistles found at some other cocktail bars in town, Ström is well worth a visit. To sum it up, if you're visiting Copenhagen and looking for high-quality cocktails served by a genuinely welcoming team of talented bartenders in a cozy setting, I can wholeheartedly recommend stopping by Ström.

We didn’t eat anything as we had dinner reservation but for the short period of time we were here right before dinner… the bartenders were absolutely amazing and super kind. Also very efficient. I would highly recommend coming here for good vibes and great drinks ;)

Location is so good Reservation is not necessary 🙌🏻 drinks good enough staffs r kind and helpfull It can be noisy when the place is full the 2nd area is better for bigger groups

Love this place. Great ambiance and staff are amazing. Drinks are amazing and so good. Snacks great and awesome vibe. Had a party there with colleagues and we all had the best time. Highly recommend this place
