Struktur Aalborg

We had an excellent time at Struktur - it was our favourite restaurant we visited while in Denmark on a 10 day visit to Aalborg and Copenhagen. The food it excellent and flavour combinations/textures very inventive. Food was better than some Michelin places I have been. Really fresh flavours and nice options to choose from. The service was also very friendly and efficient and the restaurant had a nice cosy atmosphere.

Absolutely tremendous food. Plenty of fish choices. Excellent service. Good menu set-up: snacks were very tasty and option of 3- or 4- courses with matched wines was appreciated- 3 courses were plenty for us.

Lovely 3-course meal, lovely wine menu, polite and friendly staff and great atmosphere. Would love to come again!

A very nice place to enjoy dinner😊. The food was really good, tasty a big plus for the kitchen chef making both gluten and lactose free food 🙏❤️. The service is excellent and the staff is professional 👌. The atmosphere is perfect 👌

Absolutely fantastic dishes. I love that you use seasonal ingredients. This time it was new potatoes and dishes with white asparagus…so delicious. And such good service. We got free coffee because you thought the food came too quickly! We were happy and thought everything was perfect, but we agreed to a café latte and espresso 🥰 definitely recommended!

I have been coming to Struktura for many years, And have had many good times there, it is probably one of the restaurants I have been to the most, they have always lived up to their brand, their quality has always been at a high level, and I have never left disappointed, they have a good and cozy atmosphere, where you feel at home, there is a pleasant sound level, with a good music selection. You have to say Dennis does a good job. The restaurant can definitely be recommended, I have been there over 10 times myself and left happy. Regards Timm Mangor

Delicious food, wine and cozy surroundings. We chose 3 dishes from the menu + snacks, as well as the wine menu. All dishes were deliciously put together and the wine was, in our opinion, perfectly selected.
