08/06/2025: I had the pleasure of meeting with the pastry chef to design a cake for my husband’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From the start, she listened carefully to my ideas and needs — including the number of guests and the fact that I would be traveling to Skåne. She thoughtfully suggested freezing the cake to ensure it would be perfect and fresh the next day, which was such a smart and helpful tip. The flavors were outstanding: a light vanilla sponge paired with a luscious raspberry mousse filling and a refreshing lemon topping. I gave her creative freedom with the design, and she truly delivered — the cake was cute, elegant, and had a beautiful summer berry twist that perfectly matched the occasion.
