This is world class. Every meal was exceptional in both detail, taste and texture. It’s a phenomenal experience with a team and wine flight to match!

I have eaten one of the most memorable dishes I ever had here… the oysters, parsley, cabbage and mussels created a literal taste of sea. As someone who grow up on the Mediterranean Sea, it was like tasting a childhood. Still think about it. Each food serving was an experience on its own, from presentation to taste, and absolutely amazing. The staff is exceptional, attentive and accommodating. Loved the quiet and space you have, as it adds another layer to the great experience. Definitely a place to keep eye on!

I can very easily say that this is my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen (and I've been to the ones on the michelin list). Stud!o is underrated, simple perfection. An absolute joy.
