Got a Paris steak and was asked how my steak should be cooked. In addition, exciting and well-prepared lunch dishes.

Fantastically tasty open sandwiches, both traditional and innovative. Great wine list. Beautiful historic surroundings and personal - yet discreet - service. Really good experience all in all.

Wonderful herring. Mild but delicious veal tartare. Exciting tartare that perhaps just needed a little more horseradish.
