Because the restaurant we wanted to visit was closed, we decided to eat here and what can I say. Probably one of the best shawarmas I've ever had. I have tried many different ones in different countries. But this one blew me away. Simply delicious. Also perfectly fine for Copenhagen prices.

Det bedste pitabrød med kyllinger har fået ever (dvs siden jeg fik min første Dürüm/pita for ca 20 år siden)! Bare Max stjerner.. og oveni venlig og hurtig betjening

A good durum. Not wow but decent. However, the arabic chicken sandwich is a completely different durum looking food that is out of this world!

Ordered a salad with shawarma. Got mixed salad and way to may french fries with way to little shawarma meat. The shawarma meat was a bit dull to my taste.

Retour Steak

20/10/2024: Skeptical of negative reviews, it was really put to shame on a visit for dining week. Two wonderful tastings (starter and dessert) and a delicious main course. All food was cooked to perfection and will definitely return. Delicious béarnaise and the meat for the main course had the best roast crust and well seasoned. Worth a visit. Don't believe the gut-wrenching reviews from here.
20/10/2024: We joined Retour for a company dinner. The starter and main course were both really delicious, every steak cooked perfect as requested by the guests and the starter tasteful and interesting. The dessert were a tiny bit off with a cream brulee, but the service completely made up for that. Our servitrice were down to earth, sweet and approach able. She joined some of the table jokes and helped us make a great evening. Definately not the last time we visit.
