Summerbird København

A chocolate specialty store located in the Torbhallen market in downtown Copenhagen. It is famous for selling a variety of delicious chocolate products made only with organic ingredients. This brand went out of business in 1986, and advertises that it pursues only 100% organic chocolate without adding any other artificial additives or preservatives. The most famous product is said to be butterfly-shaped dark chocolate-covered marzipan. In Danish, butterfly is called Sommerfugl, which was modified to become the brand name Summerbird. The store feels clean and well-organized. I am satisfied with the sales staff as they greet customers and provide advice very kindly. Chocolate is expensive, but it tastes very good. I purchased a few products.
