Good burgers. Pleasant service.

Really good food, nicely assembled burger and nice serving, looked appetizing, the food was fresh and hot. Nice refills on drinks. Good and smiling service from the employees and helpful when you ask about things, and the restaurant appears clean and neat.

It's always nice to stop and have lunch at Sunset in Hedensted. The toilets could do with a makeover though.

The restaurant appeared dirty, and the staff seemed rushed and disorganized. Three of the self-service screens had run out of receipt paper, and even after I pointed it out, it took about 15 minutes for me to actually get my receipt. That’s a long time for something so basic. There were customers in the restaurant, but by no means crowded – so the busyness seemed more a matter of structure than pressure. The customer experience was pretty bland. No smiles, no “hello” – just a number called out and on and on. It’s fast food, yes, but basic courtesy should still be standard. The food was fine though, and the price matches the quality. Unfortunately, the experience was more of a letdown than the food was.
