Only ordered loaf of sourdough and chocolate croissant. Both were excellent. Cafe also has a very nice outdoor seating area. Would recommend!

The staff were friendly and are of course not responsible for the sad way you have chosen to save. Too bad that's what I remember about my visit, as the bread was actually quite good.

Hadn't visited the place before, so checked the website first before the visit. Here is, among other things, a menu with prices etc. When we then visit Surdejsbageren, we see that the prices on the website do not match the prices in the store. Not that it is all important, but not so checked. There are a lot of signs and text in the store. But it lags in getting text to match reality. For example it says on the counter that Unika butter and cheese are used (if you think Unika means Arla Unika?), but it flowed with packaging from Castello sliced ​​cheese. Furthermore, there is another sign that says 'Dagens filter'. Normally (at least in other places) it would then be shown or communicated in some way what the Filter of the Day is. But there was neither a bag of coffee beans nor any hints as to what the Filter of the Day was. It's a bit stupid and strange that you can't follow your own signage. The counter where you get food and drinks was just a huge pile of used crockery. Not nice to be handed food/drinks on top of other people's leftovers. In general, an impression that the Sourdough Baker wants more than they really can in relation to concept. A messy experience. Personally, I also do not understand that you write that you use Unika (Arla Unika) products - which are good quality products - and use (or at least sell) Kornby Mølle flour, but then at the same time choose the obviously cheapest version of conventional milk from A/B Catering/Hørkram for the coffee. As I said, messy experience and it is not in control of communication or values. The coffee (which we didn't find out where it came from) was OK. Didn't buy any baked goods but it looked nice.
