What a cool concept. Very cozy; you see the baker at work while you place your order yourself. Sourdough bread soft and very flavorful, rhubarb meringue tart also very tasty.

The sandwiches are as good as they are generous (ham and cheese and pulled pork), the bread is very good and soft, the cinnamon rolls are among the best I have eaten and a little extra for the sale of local honey (also very good!).

Fantastic cozy place in the middle of Jelling. We tasted both the king sandwich and pizza, and both agreed that we should go back another time. It is definitely recommended.

25/08/2026: DELICIOUS COFFEE. Amazing brunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall great vibe! Portions big in relation to price. Cosy atmosphere :) will definitely come back when we’re in Vejle again

30/08/2026: The decoration is very cozy and very nice to be in. The place is in a nice place and is both cozy inside and out. The menu is very for everyone. There is something for all taste buds. The staff is very welcoming. The food: You will not be scammed for the filling of the food and the quality is super good. Can especially recommend their kebab (veal fillet) and their beef fillet

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with good energy, friendly service and a professional approach. There is a real focus on making you feel comfortable, and you can feel the emphasis on quality and detail. The whole experience was both pleasant and professional, and I left with a really good feeling. It is clear that they are passionate about their work and giving their customers the best possible experience. I can definitely recommend Konstantinobel to others, and I will definitely be back. A truly positive experience from start to finish.
