Ordered the Hindsholm and it is definitely one of the best pizza I had in my life. Place is not crowded on the Saturday afternoon I went.

As someone who has eaten at 24 of the restaurants on the Europe Top 50 Pizza list, I’d like to say that your dough, sauce, flavor, and baking consistency are among my personal top five. However, I was surprised that one of the two orders placed at the same time was forgotten and had to be reminded about two or three times. It would have been nicer if, after taking the order, you had followed it more closely so that we could start eating our pizzas at the same time.
Still, yours is one of the two restaurants I’ll be making a reservation at before coming to Copenhagen. Well done!

The dough is very good, but the tomato sauce is very sweet and reminiscent of ketchup. It might be a matter of taste.

SURT Carlsberg serves the best Italian pizza I have ever tasted. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft inside—and the flavors felt fresh and balanced. The toppings were not overloaded, but every bite was full of taste.
I am used to pizzas often being very heavy with cheese and spices, but here the style was more authentic and natural. I really enjoyed this difference. It felt lighter yet more satisfying.
We tried all 7 pizzas on the menu, and each one was delicious. My personal favorite was the Shrooms pizza – rich, earthy, and full of flavor. Drinks were excellent too, including Negroni, Gin & Tonic, and a lovely Red Wine. For dessert, we had Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse, both a perfect sweet ending to the meal.
The place has a modern and cozy atmosphere, and the service was warm. For me, it was not just a meal, but an experience of true Italian pizza in Denmark. Highly recommended!

Der er ingen tvivl om, at Surt stadig serverer #1 pizza i Danmark – og det mærkes fra første bid. Råvarerne er af absolut topkvalitet, og selv kanterne er så velsmagende, at man næsten kunne mene, de er det bedste ved pizzaen 😉
Stedet har en super rustik indretning, der passer perfekt til stemningen, og betjeningen er både venlig og professionel. Priserne er i den høje ende (den dyreste pizza koster over 235 kr.), men oplevelsen og smagen gør det hele værd. Men, Surt får alligevel topbedømmelse på 5 ⭐️
Kan varmt anbefales – og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage efter mere.

Tuvimos un tiempo encantador cenando en su restaurante el viernes por la noche. Servicio excepcional, y comida excepcional. Me gustaría destacar una experiencia positiva que tuve con el chef. Pedimos una botella de rosado y no sabía muy bien, era levadura, pesado y con sabor. El chef personalmente vino a hablar con nosotros sobre nuestra experiencia, y recomendó un vino blanco encantador en su lugar. Servicio tan personalizado es muy apreciado, y estábamos muy contentos. Gracias por hacer nuestra velada especial.
