Delicious pizza with fresh high quality ingredients and excellent dough, but way overpriced. Very limited vegetarian options. The atmosphere is cozy leaning towards pretentiousness. Service was the lowest point of the overall experience, a bit slow and disorganised.

A really good experience with really delicious pizzas, friendly and welcoming staff and a good atmosphere. Can definitely be recommended and must be tried.

The best pizza we have ever had (we’ve eaten pizza all over the globe) Service was fantastic, food was exceptional! Only came here as our hotel restaurant was fully booked and we are so glad it was Highly recommended Had the margarita and almond semifredo and were wonderful

Really quite disappointed. The toppings on the pizza were quite bland, and also made the base very soggy. We shared both the Hirsholm and the Mortadella and found the vegetables on the Hirsholm to be undercooked and the Mortadella too wet. Combination of water heavy zucchini and a soft cheese meant the base was a wet dough. The crust was pretty tasty however. We were sad to learn that the only wines served were natural wines, the red which was recommended was very sharp (or sour perhaps - maybe on purpose?) Also the MOST EXPENSIVE pizza I've ever had in Copenhagen - 235DKK! Shall not be spending any more here.

Food is quite nice but the service is terrible, not attentive and rude. For the price point of the food, you need the service needs to be quality too.

For sure the best pizza I've had in my life, so far. Although the Hindsholm was everyone's favorite pizza of the night, you only have to look to their Margherita to taste the unbelievable quality of their ingredients. The tomato sauce was so fresh, vibrant and flavourful despite it's simplicity. I've never tasted a simpler yet tastier tomato sauce in my life. The funny thing about the Hindsholm is that despite it's elevated ingredients the flavour profile was very reminiscent of an American supreme pizza. You know? With the Green Bell Peppers and Pork Sausage? It tasted just like that but obviously better. To put it all into perspective, my wife's VERY Italian coworkers say this pizza is better than what they get in Naples. Their words.

Nice experience. Impersonal and disinterested service that takes place in English. The food is organic, according to the seasons and the quality is fine. But thus without interest for customers and therefore a somewhat boring experience compared to the high prices.

One of the great pizzas in Copenhagen. The pizza over is next level. Had the Shroom which was excellent and then the sausage with chilli pepper which was WOW. Grilled corn with Parmesan was excellent too. The crusts are perfect

After everything I’ve heard and all of the hype I’d read online, I was expecting a lot more from this restaurant. That said, the pizza was pretty good. The menu is quite limited, you could find similar items at many upscale pizza restaurants. I would eat it again if someone else wanted to go, but I wouldn’t choose it again over trying somewhere new if it were my choice.
