Wow! Simply amazing. Worth it’s featuring in Top Best Pizza of the world. For sure one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the seasonal pizzas. Will come back!

Great experience. The waiters are very friendly. It's a lovely place with great configuration with the pizza oven out in the open. Making pizzas myself, and having been around Italy tasting pizzas from Milano to Sicily I would rank this pizza as one of the best pizzas I've eaten. Great tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella, and a super light dough. And what in my opinion makes it special: it's cooked to perfection. The char on the cornicione, adds another level of taste, and it stands out among all the undercooked boring pizzas you see in so many places.
And when it comes to dessert, the chocolate mousse is delicious. Not too sweet, but tastes how it's supposed to taste with perfect texture, and with little a surprise inside of the whipped cream.
Of course this quality comes with a price which is quite high. It of course is expected since it's Copenhagen, but yea it's on the expensive side. I would say the the taste justifies it. So to sum up: top experience, top quality, high price.

Very good sourdough pizza. I recommend the margarita over the more elaborate ones, where the ingredients overwhelm the dough with tomatoes and cheese. I definitely recommend it. The only downside is the price.

This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I am shaking my head reading some of the bad reviews… everyone has a right to their opinion but sometimes their opinion is just plain wrong! A huge shoutout to the staff who are super efficient and kind - beautiful room too.

The best pizza in the world! ⭐️ Every time we go to Copenhagen, our first program is to visiting Surt, because it's a one of a kind experience.
They make the best sourdough pizza, what we have ever tasted in their own wood fired oven. You can see every step of the preparation from your table and the flames are mesmerizing! 🔥
Trying out the famous Hindsholm pizza is definitely a must, but do not skip the other dishes as well, because they are not just tasty and look beautiful, but you will feel the flavour of Sicily in every single bite. Great wines and great cocktails too. 🍷
Book in advance and have a very special night thanks to the amazing staff there. 🙏

Der er ingen tvivl om, at Surt stadig serverer #1 pizza i Danmark – og det mærkes fra første bid. Råvarerne er af absolut topkvalitet, og selv kanterne er så velsmagende, at man næsten kunne mene, de er det bedste ved pizzaen 😉
Stedet har en super rustik indretning, der passer perfekt til stemningen, og betjeningen er både venlig og professionel. Priserne er i den høje ende (den dyreste pizza koster over 235 kr.), men oplevelsen og smagen gør det hele værd. Men, Surt får alligevel topbedømmelse på 5 ⭐️
Kan varmt anbefales – og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage efter mere.

Sublime pizzaer med en utrolig smagsdybde, der i høj grad kommer fra deres fantastiske olivenolie.
