The pizzas at SURT were extremely tasty, and I enjoyed them very much. Would I ever pay 265 for a pizza again? I don't think so. Yes, it was great, but honestly, unless your pizza has real truffle or Wagyu beef, it has no business being that expensive!

It was ok. But too pricey. I was surpriced to find that they only serve 3 beers. 12th best in EU? Not by a long shot...

The pizza was excellent—really tasty, and I'd happily eat there again. However, I was concerned about the hygiene. I saw grated Parmesan fall onto the preparation counter and then be picked up and put back on the pizza. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom during my visit. I hope these issues are addressed, because the food itself was genuinely great.

TLDR: Great neopolitan style pizza, but a bit on the pricier end. Ordered the neopolitan pizza given our dietary restrictions re: pork, and was super solid. Wish we could’ve tried the zucchini or margherita as well. Service was decent, and restaurant was mostly filled (we made a res but it wasn’t really needed). We ordered a spicy fermented chili paste on side that really added to flavor.

Really really great pizza, maybe one of the best doughs I ever had. The real star was the tiramisu though! If you can, go try it! Nice service, dog friendly and great vibe. Only downside is the price as it’s quite pricy for pizza. Other than that 5/5!

When quality ingredients meet the skill of those who know how to cook and measure them in extraordinary ways, the result is a masterpiece for the palate. We dined here and it was a sublime experience, a benchmark for good food in Copenhagen. Congratulations to Giuseppe and his team!

Amazing but expensive pizza. The dough was great, had nice bounciness inside and crunchiness outside. We had a Margherita and a Hindsholm. The tomato sauce on the margherita was the highlight, super flavourful and rich, almost like a concentrate. The only downside is prize, 175kr for a margherita and 255kr for the Hindsholm. I do understand quality ingredients and process are not cheap, but it still hits, especially for someone who likes to eat pizza often.
