Sushi Nørregade København

The sushi itself was really delicious, but the service was slow. We were a large party who had booked a table at 6:30 p.m. They started with appetizers, but our sushi didn't come until 20:30. The other half of the table did not get their food until after 21. It was quite a long wait for the food. Several were close to leaving the company because they were too hungry. Plus one of the waiters spilled a soda on one of the guests. One of the waiters in particular was very rude and not at all service minded. We were given a piece of paper and had to write down the drinks ourselves. It dragged down enormously, since the service is also something we pay for before. Felt very badly treated and quite unwanted.

Locale carino, l’unica pecca è che i tavoli sono molto attaccati tra di loro. Il menù serale all you can eat prevedere tre giri di ordinazioni. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, porzioni tanto abbondanti che risulta difficile fare il secondo e il terzo giro, in generale la qualità è buona ed il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Fin dall’inizio la cameriera che ci ha servito è stata molto scortese, in quanto ci ha rivolto occhiatacce fin dal nostro arrivo e, anzi, non ci ha rivolto quasi la parola. Ha sbagliato diverse volte ordinazione, portandoci il piatto del tavolo a fianco. Durante la cena ci ha chiesto se volessimo ordinare altro e noi le abbiamo detto che ci mancava ancora un piatto e, invece di farci notare che lo avevamo scritto nella colonna sbagliata, è andata via spazientita senza darci l’occasione di riordinarlo. Anche durante il pagamento è stata molto scortese posizionando direttamente il pos sul tavolo senza dirci di quanto era il totale e, quando le abbiamo chiesto se potevamo già avvicinare la carta, non ci ha dato risposta. Purtroppo il trattamento ricevuto ha rovinato la nostra esperienza nel ristorante.

Really great food, we had an amazing dinner. Super friendly the two female waiters. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended

The service is really slow, I have waited for an hour for the food to come. At least it was good and varied.
