Sushi Saiko København

Exquisite, organic sushi and raw fish or vegetarian dishes. Everything is prepared to order – which means a bit of a wait, but it ensures incredibly fresh food. We arrived a little late and were the only diners, but the chef was very friendly.

I will never eat sushi from anywhere else in Denmark. After eating at Saiko, everything else just pales in comparison. The best rice, the freshest fish, and plenty of it. And the owner is just the sweetest person on earth. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it.. My very best recommendations.

We recently visited Sushi Saiko and had an overall positive experience when it comes to the food. There was a great variety of options on the menu, and the sushi tasted fresh and well-prepared. The quality of the ingredients was good, and we genuinely enjoyed the flavors. However, we found the prices to be extremely high – even considering the quality. In our opinion, the overall value for money did not match the price level. Additionally, we noticed that all of the sodas we were served were past their expiration date. This did not seem to have been checked by the staff, as we only discovered it ourselves by looking at the date labels. That was disappointing and not what you would expect at this price point. Overall, good sushi and nice selection, but the pricing and the issue with expired drinks unfortunately affected our experience.

Get a taste and feel of a restaurant in Tokyo with this hidden gem. Mostly organic food freshly prepared by the owner/chef who trained in Japan. Try the Shake Tataki, Tun Tempura with wasabecreme (pic) and Spicy Edamame.
