Well crafted sushi in a comfortable environment

Simple place with fantastic sushi.

Delicious, freshly made Sushi and calm atmosphere and friendly staff. We would love to come again. :) Would you recommend that you give the guests an iPad with a menu card with pictures of all your fine sushi and prices for ordering, instead of getting a scan code where you have to bring out your mobile phone or use paper as a menu card without pictures, which makes it difficult to see which sushi roll you are actually ordering? With the IPad, it can make ordering easier for your guests and for you as a sushi restaurant and makes it more manageable for everyone.

What a pleasant surprise! This is not sushi that has been waiting for guests! The sushi was completely fresh and very good - REAL, AUTHENTIC and a SOLID CRAFTSMANSHIP. It would have been a pure five if there had been a little more variety in the maki. The dumplings were also super good.

We hadn't booked a table, but were still allowed in and got the best sushi we've ever had (and we've been to a lot of places). Super nice service. We will definitely come again

This place is amazing, the portion of the Sushi is much larger , approximately 2 times than other sushi restaurants in Aarhus. This is absolutely winning place. For the set of 32 sushi , you basically getting 48 sushi compared to the other restaurants.

We have bought sushi from Sushi Springtime quite a few times over the last several years. It's really good sushi. Both rice and fish are fresh, and unlike other sushi places, the ratio between rice and fish is right - namely a little rice and more fish. The sushi rice is soft and delicious - even the next day, and the sushi chef is just as passionate about his sushi rice as the fish itself. The price is on the slightly higher end, and that's how it is when you want good quality food. The service is polite and friendly, and it's a well-frequented place. I can only recommend the place. If you want to eat good sushi, this is where you should eat.

I ordered the sushi menu for 2 people. The sushi is still the best in town in my opinion. Everything was extremely tasty and perfectly prepared, both fish and sushi rice (and well-prepared sushi rice is far from being mastered by everyone). Thank you very much for the Sushi Springtime 👍 I will definitely come again.
