An amazing experience thanks to a masterful chef and an excellent waiter. We chose the bottomless sushi option and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, we were more than pleased with both the variety and quality of the sushi. Happy to have found this gem during our stay.

You can get sushi on every street corner in Copenhagen. But the schnapps are far from it. Here you can immediately taste that the food is meticulous and that the ingredients are fresh and of top quality. Clearly one of the best sushi restaurants in Copenhagen.

Went here to meet new friends and really enjoyed the evening! The set menu was great and the staff were really welcoming and friendly!

Deserves every bit of praise it gets. The owner is lovely, and the sushi is the best I’ve ever had outside of Japan. 10/10 HIGHLY recommended.

This place was good! We got the all you can eat chefs choice menu, I didn't love all the rolls and a couple of them felt a little dry. Would have loved to see some nigiri mixed in. It was definitely a lot of food, we were already feeling a little full and they brought out a whole new tray. Great vibes in the place and a super friendly staff, I'd go back just for that

Excellent food and good vibes at a really good price! A nice little place, where the food is super good and varied and the atmosphere just the same. We ordered sushi ad libitum (for pinching crackers) and were spoiled with a large selection of delicious rolls; both classic and vegan. And the vegan ones were definitely a highlight of the menu and can be highly recommended. It's just a skilled chef standing in the kitchen. The price is great, with a sushi taco, appetizer and bean sprouts included, and ad libitum serving, can't complain! Great place! Will definitely come back many times!

Bar'Sushi in Nørrebro is my go-to sushi restaurant in Copenhagen. The service is always terrific, sweet waiters and fanatically welcoming and warm manager. In addition, it is a huge plus that you can get good quality vegan sushi! It is delicious with different vegetables, and not just the easy solutions. The sushi taco with mushrooms was also extremely delicious and can be highly recommended. I also love their ad libitum offer - you really get a lot and of good quality for the money. Bar'sushi makes really good quality sushi, and has come up with several new rolls that I've only seen from them. Which is exciting to try. I think the restaurant was very nice, but I was surprised at how small it was. There was only room for 6 tables. They are running a new concept that I have only seen with them so far. I don't think their ad libitum menu quite worked as I had hoped. You have the table for 2 hours, where you can eat as much as you can. It is the waiter who decides when you get the next serving, and we simply think that it took too long between each serving. As a result, we were informed that we only had 15 minutes left when we sat down to the fourth serving of sushi. First serving consisted of edamame beans, 2 small tacos and tempura shrimp. The second serving consisted of 30 pieces of sushi. Third serving consisted of 12 pieces. fourth serving consisted of 10 pcs. In total we only got 52 pieces of sushi and some starters for DKK 700 And even if we could eat more, there was no more time. You also have to be prepared that you don't have much influence in what you get served, so you can very easily end up with several rolls that you don't like. For example, I got one with a truffle mayo on it, which was not very good. It was a lot of fun to try, but I'll probably just pick a normal ad libitum place next time I have sushi.
