Dear Sushimania Støvring I will never forget your opening, because it was also the day my life's work collapsed. You opened just a few days after your second bankruptcy, when many companies - including mine - were left with huge losses. We were kept waiting again and again and told that everything was going well, but the reality was different. I fought to get the money I was owed for goods and services that you had received, resold and made a profit from. I lost that fight. And with that, I lost everything I had built up over many years. It hurts to know that some can just start over, while others are left with the bill. Being met with legal threats just because you try to tell your side of the story felt like having your legs knocked out from under you again. I am sharing this anonymously - not out of fear, but because I don't want to put my family through any more. To those of you who choose where you buy your sushi: think again. There are many sushi restaurants that run their business properly, pay their taxes, and live up to their responsibilities. Sushimania says that you should eat sushi with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, I can't connect that with the story I've experienced. I believe that truth and karma always find their way - sooner or later.
