Really a nice place to come, amazingly nice food and incredibly nice service. Deserves at least 5 stars.

Lovely food, beautiful premises.

Been there for a birthday, funeral and once as a restaurant guest. There have been different tenants, but it is always an experience, the setting and the service are always top notch

We held our wedding at Restaurant Svalegården on 1/6 - 2024. It was the most beautiful summer day. It was completely windless and Svalegården had covered the yard with music, Champagne and champagne saber shooting. At the same time, Aksel told the story behind champagne shooting and why you do it. They had set the most beautiful table with the most beautiful raspberry sparkling wedding cake I have ever seen and tasted. Due to the warm weather, the cake was served lightly frozen, so it looked like an ice cream cake and tasted fantastic. Malthe, Simon and Aksel and all his staff have had the best cooperation with us and our toastmaster. They accommodated all our wishes. We participated in the table decoration with our own flowers delivered by Jonas Jensen Design. They helped form the framework for the best wedding party that has ever been held at Svalegården. Aksel helped guide our guests through our wedding party in the funnest and most present way. He came up with the funniest features that we had allowed him to do. He was down to get knowledge about us from our girls so he could say something funny during the party. He helped raise our party to a level we never dreamed could happen. There was such a good atmosphere during the whole party and he also told us about the history of Svalegården because we wanted it. If there was just a little time when the party was a little quiet, he just knocked on the glass and came up with his funny part and he has a very good sense of the situation, so it's not like he just wants to hear himself. He did it in a very thoughtful and fun way and made all the guests enjoy themselves, so it was the best wedding party we could ever wish for. Even the food was served in a very professional manner, with the waiters nodding to each other before putting the food on the table.
