Absolutely recommended!!! The pastries are always extra crispy, fluffy, buttery, and melt in your mouth. I've never eaten better chocolate croissants!! Must-try 😋😋😋 The young staff is really attentive and friendly!!

Really delicious bread and buns and pastries. Unfortunately, they are often sold out and I often come in vain...I know they have difficulty having capacity, it's a shame because I've been there many times where they had sold out early in the afternoon. I can understand from them that it's hard to find good bakers in general in Copenhagen! Let this be an invitation to people looking for jobs and education that becoming a baker might be an idea here. But their cardamom cookies are always sold out like everywhere else :-(

22/08/2026: super cosy place, good for 2-30 people, this is a VERY big place and on a Friday full and packed, noise level VERY loud, and loud music also, we had to almost yell to have a conversation, food is good and special, perfect sized if you are very small or on a diet , i would have given 5 if the portions and meat content would match the price, and also I hope the unnecessary loud music could be fixed, it is a cheap way to make it more attractive
30/07/2026: The food is ok, but it used to be 4-5 stars. Been going there for a few years and they are increasingly cutting back on quality, by removing the good meat and chicken, and replacing it with kebab/shawarma-like meat, and "chicken without bones" for "chicken with bones", and then you get double the bread. The amount of wine they serve is on the low side. Too bad when a glass of wine costs as much as the whole bottle at the grocery store

30/08/2026: My favorite brunch place in Copenhagen! Tasty food, great service and nice interior :)
20/08/2026: My friend and I had a really nice breakfast at Bistro Royal on 20/8/2026. The best part of the experience was the fantastic service from all the staff - but especially Laura who made sure our needs were always met, in the nicest and most natural way! She should be first on the list of employee of the month if you ask us. All in all, great service!
