Booths are set up, they have a house menu with offers of up to 3 dishes. It's delicious food, and of course there are many good beers to choose from. I chose pork jowls with seasonal vegetables and coarse mash, and got a very large portion. It was so good I had to eat it.

Visited the brewery for lunch and was certainly not disappointed. Large portions, well-arranged smørrebrød and tasty ingredients. Everything could be made gluten-free and the alcohol-free beer tasted excellent - so there is both food and drink for special dietary needs (huge bonus for pregnant and/or allergy sufferers). The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and the service really friendly.

I had roast beef fillet with fries, salad and béarnaise sauce. Eat all you can for DKK 179. An offer called Finally Friday in November.

Many thanks to the team. We really liked that it was open and we could eat. Bornholm is otherwise in a deep sleep. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere cozy, great service and we look forward to the next time in December.

We got a roast pork burger with fries and a Svaneke Classic, apple cider and a taste of Svaneke Blonde. There weren't that many people, but we also came out of season.

Overall a mediocre experience. The beer is OK, but the food and service are a disappointment. This is a restaurant and not a microbrewery. The beer is brewed elsewhere in the city, but it tastes good without standing out. The maids were all very young, not skilled and not particularly service minded. When contacting one of them, the response was, for example, "so what?" The young waiters are clearly trained to repeatedly ask if everything was OK like at another franchise restaurant. Out of politeness, you of course answer yes, unless something is downright bad. And it is not with that rhetoric that you achieve customer satisfaction. This is achieved by delivering good food with accompanying service. We had smoked salmon for starters. Since there is at least one smokehouse in town and numerous on the island, we had naturally hoped for a local product. But it was clearly an industrial product that had just been unpacked from the plastic. Definitely a disappointment. For the main course we had sliced ​​roast veal. It didn't really taste like anything. The truffle sauce, on the other hand, did. It tasted artificial and was of course also an industrial product. Fortunately, the potatoes were new and good. All in all a "tourist trap". I would recommend that you just come to taste the beer. The food is boring and the service is not at an "adult" level.
