Syv Ni 13 Aarhus

We have celebrated our wedding anniversary at Syv Ni 13 for two years in a row, and both experiences have been excellent - both in the new and old premises. Really, really beautiful new premises that work super well despite the many tables. They had 90 guests on a regular Tuesday evening, we certainly didn't notice. Service was top notch, very nice waiters. Not all the dishes were to our taste, but they were complete and well prepared.

Very tasty food, great location and great value for money

The wine menu wasn't exactly up to par, but the food, atmosphere, view and service make them 5 stars. Highly recommended

It's not so nice to sit by the windows when the sun is right in your face. But really good view! Great food and the waiters have a good knowledge of the wine and juice (if you want non-alcoholic)

Had booked for lunch on Friday 16.5, and had fairly high expectations for both the food and the view. Upon arrival, we were shown to a table by a very welcoming female waiter, with a smile and an unforced straightforward style - lovely! At the table was a carafe with both sparkling and still water, - cold and lovely, - great style! We each ordered - mln viv and I 3 dishes according to the composition of the kitchen that day. As an amuse we ordered two small things. Puffed smoked rind with mustard mayo - and then a pani puri with truffle mayo. Very delicate, and fine balanced flavors - really good, expectations definitely rose. The kitchen had decided to serve the following 3 dishes. MARINATED, HAND-PILED SHRIMPS – QUAIL EGG – FERMENTED LEMON DANISH STRIPLOIN – SAUCE CHORON – GRILLED ROOTS RHUBARB TRIFLI To go with it, we chose the upgraded wine menu: 1. Bubbles RATHFINNY CLASSIC CUVEE (Rathfinny Wine Estate, Sussex, 2019 – England) 2. White wine TRENZADO (Suertes Des Marques, Aragon, 2022 – Spain) 3. Red wine ARBOIS TRADITION (Auguste Pirou, Jura, 2021 – France) The bubbles were served by a young man who definitely seemed like he would rather be with his friends down by the Aaen on a sunny Friday! Completely without passion and attention, and the bubbles............they say the English are reaching champagne levels in some places, - that was definitely not the case here - a flat and bland bunch of bubbles - overpriced! The dishes were, in short, pretty big disappointments! The shrimp - hand-peeled........!!! were like small cotton swabs - no crispness, and without a distinct shrimp flavor - an indifferent serving, in short! The main course - striploin with greens and a sauce choron (tomatoed bearnaise) which was served in a small cocotte - which quickly lost its heat, since the sauce when served was not piping hot either! The accompanying vegetables were fried a point - tasty and with bite. But....................... again a boring dish without the extras! The meat is fine, thank you, - but isn't it a bit old-fashioned serving perhaps? The rhubarb trifle was a disaster - no less! Using rhubarb requires seasoning and love - and then it can be excellent - it was NOT here! The female waiter is responsible for the two of the stars, and the view for the last one, - it really is an excellent view on the 19th floor! My wife thought it was probably better and different in the evening, and we can hope for future guests that she is right! I am happy to pay for good food in the city, - but................definitely think that 1700 kroner for two was too much - considering the quality! Now it has been tried, but in many places in Aarhus you get more exciting food than what we were presented with this Friday at 7 - 9 - 13

Great experience with a great view on the 19th floor. Food was nice with surprising dishes.

We had a vegetarian meal. The food was exceptional. All the dishes were full of flavor and presented in a very appealing manner. It's rare for someone who enjoys meat like I do to enjoy a vegetarian meal as much as I did. The building is also very interesting and this was the first time a was up on the 19th floor in a building made of mostly wood.

Sumptuous and delicious menu. Super service from the staff. A fantastic view of Aarhus at the same time. 🙏🏻😊

Went there for a birthday lunch. Very good shrimps and strip loin steak and rhubarb desserts with a bubble and dessert coffee. 1200 for 2 ppl. Everything was nice and the view was fantastic. Will be definitely back
