Really delicious food both visually and in terms of taste. There were just a few other details that prevented us from giving 5 stars.

Apart from the fact that our reservation had been lost, we were greeted at the door and assigned a table without further ado. The atmosphere was unfortunately characterized by busyness (Aalborg eat out), and 2 new and experienced waiters. The food experience was nothing to put a finger on, as the taste was top notch, and there was a nice structure in the taste experiences of the dishes. The added wine menu complimented the dishes in the most elegant way. The place is definitely a visit every, and is not the last time that we have been there.

We didn't even notice that we had ordered 5 servings, rather than a 5-course menu. It created a bit of confusion that we were offered a bill, and not dessert, after the first 4 courses. We had just missed that the bread we had been given was one of the total of 5 servings. So unfortunately no dessert but snack, bread, fish dish, vegetarian dish and meat dish. The meat was ground beef, unfortunately with several pieces of cartilage. The food generally had good intense flavors and nice presentation at the table. Refill on bread - DKK 395 - ok price for the experience. We had a cup of coffee for DKK 50. Unfortunately, for that price we only got the cups half filled. The mugs were ice cold, so the coffee was immediately lukewarm. Fortunately, the coffee was really good. As the only table in the restaurant, our table had a plastic flower from Ikea as decoration, which stood out a bit in the otherwise well-coordinated atmosphere. Room for improvement, but worth a visit.

Ordinary food and wine for DKK 1,800 for two. 7 servings - this is not the same as 7 dishes - read and understand as bread counts as a serving. The main course was 3 slices of beef with very good side dishes, but unfortunately the meat did not match the side dishes.

The experience was top notch and the company excellent

Completely professional and fantastic food experience. There were 4 of us who all got the North Jutland, which was a 14-16 course menu with a wine menu. One of the great experiences on the Aalborggen gourmet restaurant scene, which otherwise has many stars.
