A nice tea shop with various offerings including a proper ceremonial matcha! This was a really nice little discovery :) They have featured teas on offer and rotating selections. The server was so kind and helpful to us and we loved our matcha and chai lattes! A nice and unique little spot in the food market.

Tante T is a wonderful teashop in the heart of Copenhagen. A little gem nestled amongst the numerous other shops in Torvehallerne. It not only offers one of Copenhagens widest selections of fine teas; black, white, green, herbal, rooibos etc. You can also sit down and enjoy a lovely freshly brewed cup of tea or indeed a whole pot of you like.
What's not to like?
Highly recommended for a visit and particularly good if you're a tea drinker - although they also serve coffee for those not refined enough to enjoy a good cuppa 😁

Highly recommend visiting Tante T when you’re in Copenhagen! I visited in December 2024 and had a wonderful experience. We got a pot of the Milky Oolong, and I am still thinking about it because it was delicious!

Amazing place for tea lovers, many tea varieties around the world from premium to general use quality. Highly knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended to visit if you are passionate and curious about tea varieties.

Very fun place, good coffee and great service. We wanted to try the Matcha cappuccino, bought 1 portion and got served in 5 small cups. This was not on the menu but the staff made it so fun.

Excellent every time I come to Copenhagen. A staggering number of teas to choose from and wonderful staff and service every time. I enjoyed a lovely espresso and ginger lemon tea while reading on a summer’s day after buying some bags of my regular earl grey and had a great morning here. Highly recommended.

Great homemade iced tea, very attentive and friendly staff.
I discovered this tea shop through a food tour and went there after the tour, as I always enjoy trying new teas.
I bought the tea of the month and a homemade peach iced tea, which was delicious (fruity, but not too sweet). The next day, I bought the elderflower iced tea, which I also really enjoyed.

I’m making this review to hopefully help out the place because the lady working there is super sweet and only wants the best for her customers. I ordered a matcha latte and it was quite burnt (burnt my tongue and I couldn’t have it) and once it cooled down the flavour just wasn’t the best and tasted odd, with the colour of the matcha not looking too good either. In hindsight I could’ve asked for a new matcha latte (not burnt) and the kind lady probably would’ve been nice about it 😿Once again I hope this can provide some constructive criticism since I can see many people love Tante T.

Had a cup of Jasmine tea here. The tea was delicious and fresh! They had a lot of choice from teas or teas latte which was great.
