The grilled vegetarian sandwich tasted like paper and had a very sour aftertaste. I hope I don't get poisoned because I ate it before an important event. I don't understand why it has such a sour, unpleasant aftertaste

We stopped here after exploring Kolding and wanted a quick bite. The challenge is always finding something the whole family will enjoy. Here, all our individual needs were met. The staff was very friendly and helpful and prepared the sandwiches quickly. No one had anything to complain about; everyone was full and satisfied afterward.

Den Blå Bistro

03/10/2026: A "real" Bistro with a lot going on. There was a fairly high noise level, which makes it difficult to talk when you are in a larger group. The food was mostly of a really good quality, but the crispbread that was served with the small cheese appetizer was simply rancid. And the raisins were very "alcoholic" so a little sweetness would have been nice. I'm not sure you could breathe into a breathalyzer if you had eaten them and then driven away 😂
12/09/2026: Fantastic staff and service! Great food!
