Friendly service and fun drinks

I went there tonight with my friends on a Saturday. The bar was already busy but we managed to get a good table with cozy seats. The waiters were extremely nice and attentive. I chose a great cocktail rum called something like "Benathial" which was original and tasted great. I will definitely come back.

Sat at the bar and had a couple of cocktails that were very well made and was kept company by the friendly bartenders. Very welcoming and low key, with a good mix of classic cocktails and new creations.

Lovely hidden cozy cocktail bar in the very centre of Copenhagen. Part of hotel Sander, a family Kølpin business. New drinks card takes inspiration form classic ballets and operas.

Popped into this bar for a post dinner drink on a busy friday. I had an old fashioned and it was made with whiskey rather than Bourbon, something I wished I had been told before hand. Service was unusual, I felt like maybe I was intruding on a staff party. 3 +staff members were french and were constantly talking quite loundly in french with a bunch of their friends that were in and around the bar area, making them taste special bottles just received etc... Unfortunately they also kept on bumping into me the whole time. I made a hasty retreat!

Delicious drinks. They make an effort. When the ice cubes are completely transparent, the rest will fit. Not cheap but good.

Just dropped by as I felt like a cocktail before hitting bed. GREAT evening - 4 cocktails later - I was thrilled. Just tell the staff what tastes you like and they will make you discover! - give the bartender full freedom - you will be surprised! Probably one of the best bar experiences I have had!
