16/08/2024: Great restaurant , beautiful square

30/06/2024: It was my second visit to the restaurant. I arrived at 8pm for a dinner reservation at 8:30pm. I already prepaid for the dinner. I told the staff (host/manager, servers) that I prefer outdoor seating and was willing to wait. I have waited for about 45 minutes or so when two tables became available. The host/manager (who seems to be managing the seating as well for Cafe G, an adjacent restaurant) gave the tables to two pairs of guests who just arrived and did not have reservations. The Host/Manager did not even look at me, let alone provided an explanation nor an apology. He was terribly rude, and apparently, very greedy. The other servers were quite apologetic and embarrassed for the situatio . I would give 5 stars for Service for the attentiveness and friendliness of the servers, and 0 star for the Host/Manager.
