If you love hidden gems, Tèrra is a must-try! Their zero-waste approach, gourmet cuisine, and outstanding service make for a truly unforgettable experience.
The winter menu takes you on a culinary journey through Denmark, from the windswept shores to the deep forests. Textures play a starring role, just as the owners' love and respect for local ingredients. Being zero-waste, many ingredients are cleverly reused throughout the meal creating a connection between courses - some ingredients are even foraged by the owners themselves during summer and preserved.
The wine pairings are superb, occasionally even changing the flavours of the dishes! The local rhubarb sparkling wine was a pleasant surprise, and if you're into non-alcoholic drinks, their pairings are the best we've ever tried.
Part of the magic of Tèrra is definitely the owners. One's a skilled sommelier who turned our meal into a delightful conversation about food and wine, while the other brings their culinary vision to life in the kitchen. The restaurant is their passion project, and it shows!
Tèrra isn't just about the food or the pairings, it's the warmth and genuine passion that make it truly special. We can't wait to return!

Each course was a delicious surprise. From the delicate flavor combinations in the fish dishes to the bold explosions of flavor in the vegetarian dishes, every bite was an experience to remember.
What really made our evening special was the staff. In addition to their courtesy and professionalism, I appreciated the way they shared their passion for food with us. Each dish was proudly presented and enthusiastically explained, transforming a simple dinner into an educational and fulfilling experience.

Firstly, the service is really good. Lucy, the hostess, is very good at talking about the wine (she is a sommelier), but also about the history of the place and their values.
I have eaten there several times and each time the food gets better. They only get better. In addition, they have a focus on the green. They recycle food and more. They have a green Michelin star. But even as the big meat eater that you are, it's not just vegan or vegetarian. Meant with the best intentions.

Immense experience! Every single course is designed with extreme wisdom and respect for the raw material and the seasonality of the product. Nothing is wasted, nothing is left to chance. The tasting is a crescendo of flavours, beauty and explosions on the palate! Finally there are Valerio and Lucia, two boys who with extreme courage have transformed a passion that has turned into a mission into excellent work.

During my recent visit to Copenhagen, I had the extraordinary opportunity to dine at Tèrra, a restaurant that left a deep impression on me with its exceptional, caring and warm service. From the first moments, the welcoming atmosphere promised a memorable evening, and I was not disappointed.
What sets Tèrra apart, beyond its warm atmosphere, is its innovative approach to food and drink pairings. The non-alcoholic drinks, of incredible complexity and freshness, introduced me to astonishing flavors, perfectly balanced with each dish. AND the wines, carefully chosen, matched with remarkable precision the dishes served, thus enhancing the culinary delights of the evening.
Tèrra's cuisine is a celebration of finesse and creativity. The dehydrated beetroot amuse-bouche was nothing short of incredible, introducing the meal with a burst of flavors that prepared the palate for what was to come. The celery tacos were a revelation, with their magical textures and bold flavors that defied the imagination, while a perfectly textured fish captivated with its refined simplicity and impeccable execution.
The chef's union of Italian touches with the principles of Nordic cuisine creates an unparalleled culinary alchemy. Each dish, from appetizer to dessert, was a work of art, illustrating the chef's ability to merge two culinary worlds with astonishing ease.

Esperienza culinaria particolare: 15 portate di mare e terra create e spiegate come una passeggiata sul mare. L’idea dello chef è una cucina dalla forma italiana che riporta però gusti danesi.
Il servizio è assolutamente impeccabile, Lucia e lo chef Valerio sono persone squisite, con un amore infinito per il loro lavoro che riportano giornalmente nel loro intimo ristorante.
