Textur Aalborg

On a recent business trip I had one of the best meals of my life at Textur. I was solo, always a little awkward, but the staff were welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere was cozy. I was absolutely blown away by the non-alcoholic pairings. As a non-drinker I'm so accustomed to just having sparkling water with my meals - the opportunity to have a well-considered non-alcoholic options was such a treat. The horseradish-infused lemonade with the fish was especially well-executed. I had the 3-course menu + the snacks. The food was fabulous; very affordable given the extreme quality, and delicious. Staff were very knowledgeable about what they were serving and had no trouble at all translating ingredients and methods into English. A wonderful meal, which I'll remember for a long time.

Fantastically delicious food served with a smile and good explanation of what to order. The wine menu was put together excellently for each serving.

Really good experience. My boyfriend and I visited about a month ago on a Thursday and ordered 4 dishes. Exceptionally delicious food and a really good concept with drinks. I have never tasted such good juice as they make. The food tasted absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was really good.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 5 course meal with drinks pairing at Textur! Each course was well executed and thought through.. Will highly recommend anyone passing through Aalborg!!

Great menu and atmosphere. Close to the beautiful fjord

A restaurant in a residential area, near the Casa della Musica. We had a table (reserved in advance) in a side corridor between the main rooms and an area designated for private events with an open curtain separating them. The kitchen was open to the public, with the chef clearing the counters while we were still finishing our dinner. The service wasn't up to par for the type of restaurant. Mediocre dishes. Good wine list. Average prices.

Top notch food, wine, and service - the pre-paired wine/food menus are amazing. It's definitely worth going to Textur.
