I only ordered sushi and it was a disappointment - don't rush and make it like it's not supposed to be - the sushi just fell apart and there was very little rice. It tasted good because there was a little cream cheese. soy sauce is best diluted with a little water, it is too concentrated and makes you want to drink a lot of it
