quite baffling to get an espresso and a chocolate brownie the size of a mars bar for 87 kroners.
Only to be then met with a "no but you can buy one" when asked for A PAPER CUP.
It is a place by the river with a beautiful view and the most affordable place to eat and drink compared to the surroundings. This place is inside the central library building. Keep in mind that many libraries in Denmark have cafes open to the public. Their prices, location and services are more affordable than those around. The price of two Cookies and a Latte is 116 Danish kroner.
Refreshment area in a beautiful library. There are very good dishes as well as less good dishes. The soup is exceptional while the surdejsbrød with potatoes and pesto is not recommended, at least to be eaten alone, it is a huge piece of bread.
Such a cozy place for a quick snack/meal - we really appreciated the students discount and gluten-free options. The staff was really nice and we really liked the variety of pastries and food. Definitely recommend if you are nearby :)
