Such a cozy place for a quick snack/meal - we really appreciated the students discount and gluten-free options. The staff was really nice and we really liked the variety of pastries and food. Definitely recommend if you are nearby :)

The cafe is located on the ground floor of the Royal Library, has amazing views of the water, which is definitely a highlight. But honestly, the experience didn’t match the setting. My iced latte wasn’t even full, and for the price, I expected better. The service was a letdown too, the server wasn’t very friendly. While the location is great, the overall vibe and quality left me feeling a bit disappointed.

This is a cafe located on the first floor of the Royal Library. The brownie-like chocolate cake is very chewy and soft. The hot coffee is served in a glass, so be careful with your hands. Haha both the outdoor and indoor seats have a good atmosphere.

01/03/2025: Skagen Fiskerestaurant Illum Rooftop er en stor restaurant, som er holdt i en flot og moderne stil. Atmosfæren er god, maden utrolig lækker, betjeningen venlig, priserne til den lidt høje side, portionerne var store og serveringen foregik i et tilpas tempo.
08/12/2024: Sabrosa y buena comida en un lugar agradable y moderno, con una pequeña vista en los tejados. El servicio fue excelente. La vista es un poco decepcionante, especialmente por la noche en invierno, ya que entre la oscuridad y las paredes de plástico para proteger contra el frío, no verá mucho. Sin embargo, en general tuvimos una muy buena experiencia aquí.

21/03/2025: BOUGHT A LARGE SOFT ICE CREAM. GOT A SMALL SOFT ICE CREAM. I bought their large soft ice cream with cocoa powder for 62 kr. On their sign with the prices of their ice cream you can see that the ice cream tops off the waffle. When I received my ice cream it was right up to the edge of the waffle. The ice cream tasted good and the service was good, but for that price it's not okay. That's why I can't give more than 3 stars. You can do better Peter Beier. FALSE ADVERTISING!
04/03/2025: Bought a crepe with ice cream on pancake day. The ice cream was really good, the crepe had little to do with a crispy crepe.
