The Buddha Bowl Project Vejle

Very tasty salad dishes, mostly have chicken as a meat side dish. Cozy but small eatery.

I've eaten there many times by now, and most of the times the bowl was super nice and decent portions. I really like the "Build your own bowl" option! Only once I experienced old rice and frozen seaweed salat. But otherwise, recommended. 🙂

I had the spirulina bowl which was nice in taste but it was more like a soup as it was so runny. There was a tiny amount of peanut butter compared to other places I have had an equivalent bowl. The fresh pressed apple juice was yum and definitely tasted of apple. Prices are higher, but organic goods cost... There is a little shop section too to buy bags, cups, clothes etc. Service was quick.
